Job Description Summary: This position you will train as a service technician to do routine maintenance and troubleshooting on our customers’ equipment. Provide support to senior service technicians while learning how to install, program and test new petroleum equipment. Analyze electrical and mechanical problems and provide repairs as required. Perform scheduled repairs and preventative maintenance to fueling systems. Communicate with customers and explain technical issues in a non-technical manner. Successfully complete Service Technician Training and corresponding training modules. Responsibilities: * Assists in conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks at service stations, including checking fuel dispensers, underground storage tanks (USTs), piping systems, and other equipment. * Supports the troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions, leaks, and performance issues under the guidance of experienced technicians. * Participates in preventive maintenance activities. * Assists in the cleaning, painting, and general upkeep of service station facilities. * Aids in the installation, basic repairs, adjustments and replacement of equipment, parts, and accessories, including fuel nozzles, hoses, filters, meters, signage, and lighting fixtures. * Assists with inventory management tasks. * Follows established safety protocols, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and hazard communication standards to minimize risks of injury. * Maintains accurate records of work performed, equipment inspections, maintenance activities, and inventory usage. * Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team environment. * Strong knowledge of hand tools usage and various types of telecommunication instrumentation devices. * Basic understanding of safety protocols. * Heavy work frequently working in difficult work positions and/or with physical demands such as continuously lifting/moving materials greater than 50 pounds. * Must be capable of climbing ladders to install and retrieve equipment. * Basic hand tools, volt multimeters, computer knowledge. Position Summary: Ensures the efficient and quality standards for operation of tablet press machinery and / or the capsule filling machinery. Maintains an orderly and clean facility in compliance with regulations and completes all paperwork associated with these tasks. Position Responsibility: • Following the production schedule pulls the blend based on code and lot numbers (bag or drum) into productions area., • Sets up equipment based on batch record; encapsulation or table press., • Capsules - weight and length of capsules, • Tablets – weight, thickness and hardness of tablet, • Troubleshoots machines as needed during the production run as a priority to minimize downtime., • Available to move additional totes and drum as needed at each machine., • Moving from one area to another area as needed to set-up and breakdown equipment, e.g., there may be 5 tablet machines and 4 encapsulation machines., • Performs all adjustments and changeover of equipment based on the batch., • Move totes or drum into the storage area by using a hand or electric jack or forklift., • Must properly care for and maintain equipment during use and storage of the equipment., • Secures equipment to ensure that the equipment will not be accidentally turned on without performing the proper security measures, (turnoff power and all safety procedures) then places tag on equipment to verify checks have been completed. This is known as performing lock out / tag out procedures., • Moves bulk into warehouse using hand or electric jack, • Must wear Personal Protective Equipment – a respirator, ear plugs, hair net, beard cover and uniform., • Physical Lifting required in the form of plastic and metal drums, bags, equipment, etc. Ladder climbing and forklift operation to retrieve stock. The lifting can be between 25-30 kg and/or roll drums weighting 80 kg which occurs 25% of the day., • Overtime may be required based on production volumes., • Cross training will be conducted as time permits to increase knowledge of other production positions., • Satisfactory completion of appropriate corporate training as related to the position and/or department., • Assures compliance by following Food and Drug Administration's Good Manufacturing Practices as well as other regulatory standards as required by the department., • Contributes to overall achievement by accomplishing related tasks and demonstrating characteristics that exemplify team building and support., • The above is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of responsibilities.
