As our barista manager, you will be responsible for managing everything in the cart, making excellent coffee , ensuring quality service, and maintaining operational efficiency during your shift. Responsibilities Making amazing coffee Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Taking care of the cart and the equipment Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Unloading the equipment, set up and tear down Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow during peak hours.
