Your Contribution As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Risk Management and Insurance Division which services the needs of all Cooperative Members and Wakefern divisions. What You Will Do • Administrative & Operational Support, • Manage the Director’s calendar and schedule meetings (virtual and in‑person), including rooms, AV, and catering., • Order and maintain office supplies; manage printers and daily mail., • Process divisional invoices, including insurance, purchase orders, and accounts payable., • Risk & Governance Support, • Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities, including risk and control assessments meetings setup, and framework implementation., • Coordinate logistics for Risk Management Committee (RMC) and Insure Rite, Ltd. (IRL) board meetings, including scheduling, materials, attendance, minutes, and required documentation., • Programs, Claims & Member Support, • Assist with planning and execution of the Annual Risk Management & Safety Conference., • Prepare counterfeit claims submissions and maintain required documentation., • Serve as divisional backup for COIs, inspection certificates, auto ID cards, and basic Origami RMIS support; liaise with Members, management, and vendors. What we’re looking for • High school graduate or equivalent with secretarial/business school training desired; some college preferred, • Demonstrated record of fully competent administrative and organizational skills: proofing, ability to organize and coordinate and follow through on projects. Placement in the range depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.
