About the Role: The Customer Service and Phone Specialist will be responsible for speaking with prospective clients, explaining our services, and guiding them through the intake and consultation process. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, following up with prospective clients, maintaining accurate records, and helping turn inquiries into clients. You will work closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure a smooth transition from the initial call to legal representation. The role also includes meeting performance goals, participating in ongoing training, and helping improve processes that enhance the client experience and support company growth. Project REAL is seeking dedicated Residential Counselors to join our team. In this role, you will support adults with mental health disabilities as they work toward greater independence and achieve their personal goals within a community residential setting. Key Responsibilities Residential Counselors are responsible for the supervision, support, and care of the individuals residing in our programs. Responsibilities include: • Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of residents, • Supporting residents with daily living activities and personal goals, • Implementing scheduled recreational and program activities, • Documenting services and residents’ progress, • Assisting with the development and implementation of individualized service plans, • Participating in semiannual and annual resident review meetings, • Advocating for residents’ needs, • Helping residents identify and overcome challenges, • Working collaboratively with program staff and other service providers Qualifications Applicants must meet one of the following requirements: • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field, • Associate degree in a human services-related field and at least three years of human services experience, • High school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of human services experience, • Other professional qualifications approved in writing by the New York State Office of Mental Health Some local travel is required. A valid driver’s license is required.
