JOB TITLE: Senior Digital/Web Channel Strategist LOCATION: New Hyde Park, NY (3 days per week onsite required) PAY RATE: $90k- $100k + benefits START DATE: September 1st, 2025 HIRE TYPE: direct hire Key Responsibilities • Digital Experience Advisory, • Provide guidance on web strategies that balance user needs and business goals., • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices for usability and conversion., • Ensure consistency in user experience execution across all web touchpoints, with clear alignment to standards and measurable return on effort/investment., • Experience Optimization, • Identify opportunities to improve the digital experience using analytics and user feedback., • Partner with the Web Operations team to enhance storefront pages, provider profiles, and booking funnels as well as campaign pages., • SEO & AEO Strategy, • Support technical and content optimization efforts to improve organic performance., • Review and approve SEO-related content prior to go-lives., • Manage hyper-local and regional SEO strategy implementation, optimizing as needed for priority markets., • Ensure the technical SEO roadmap is built, maintained, and monitored for ongoing optimization., • Monitor search trends and performance metrics to inform recommendations., • External Listings Management, • Manage external listing strategy and ensure accuracy across platforms., • Monitor performance of Google My Business profiles and monthly updates as needed., • Work with technical teams to ensure listings are dynamic and priority fields are integrated with data feeds., • Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting, • Use analytics tools to track performance and guide continuous improvement., • Provide ongoing reporting on key strategic pages and initiatives to measure impact and inform future strategy., • Cross-Functional Collaboration, • Work with marketing, operations, and service line teams to deliver a cohesive digital experience. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field., • Experience:, • 3–6 years in digital strategy, SEO, web content management, or related roles., • Experience in healthcare or multi-location organizations is a plus., • Skills & Tools:, • Understanding of SEO, AEO, and digital marketing principles., • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Drupal), external listings management (Yext), and SEO tools (Conductor)., • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)., • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
