Job Description Description Managing multiple customers with the aim of selling distribution material, performing the RFQ follow up through the consultation of KPI’s, in line with the objectives assigned by the Vice President of Sales. Main tasks and responsibilities Manage requests for quotations (RFQ) by analyzing requirements and verifying the availability of stock, the existence of potential purchasing contracts and previous requests sent to suppliers for the purchase of a specific item. 1. Proactively handle customers’ complaints and ensure resolution by communicating with the Manager and other departments’ staff (Quality& Compliance, Finance, Operations, etc.), 5.
