Job DescriptionBenefits: • Competitive salary, • Employee discounts, • Free food & snacks, • Opportunity for advancement, • Competitive wages, • Career Growth Opportunities, • Fun and Energetic Environment, • Ongoing training Responsibilities • Cut and trim meat using knives and power equipment, • Package and display meat in an attractive manner, • Interact with customers, give samples, and upsell, • Receive and inspect meat as it arrives to the store, • Deliver orders quickly and consistently, ensuring accuracy and top-quality presentation, • Follow high standards of food safety, sanitation and quality control, • Experience slicing and carving meats (brisket, pork, ribs, poultry) with precision and consistency., • Ability to safely operate and maintain BBQ smokers, warmers, and prep equipment, • Assist with food prep, including trimming meats, portioning, and preparing ingredients, • Help make house-made sauces, side dishes, and other menu items according to recipesQualifications, • Must be 18 years of age, • High school diploma/GED required, • Experience slicing and carving meats (brisket, pork, ribs, poultry) with precision and consistency., • Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 30lbs, • Comfortable using meat cutting equipment, slicers, knives, and standard kitchen tools., • Good communication skills for interacting with customers at the counter, • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, • Ability to follow written recipes, • Restaurant experience a must, ServSafe certificate a bonus
