Nomad is a fast growing team of technologists, creators, and industry experts passionate about modernizing healthcare staffing so clinicians can get back to the work they do best: caring for others.Position Summary You will play an important role in maintaining and deepening Nomad's client relationships. The Account Manager will develop long-term relationships with clients and collaborate cross-functionally with other Nomad key stakeholders. This will entail: • Manage a subset of client relationships by identifying and sending them high-quality clinicians, • Work to find new ways to provide value to our clients, • Coordinate cross-functional projects internally to help drive results, • Meet key objectives and metrics to drive peak performance management, • Embrace an "all hands on deck" cultureResponsibilities/What You Will Do, • Own submission follow-ups including aging submission updates, • Participate in regular client calls to discuss open positions, reasons for submission declines, offer bill rate insights, and strengthen relationship(s) with focus on converting submissions to offers to meet revenue targets, • Oversee issue resolution and escalations related to job postings, submissions, credentialing, billing, etc, • Responsible for helping Managers with QBR creation and presentation(s), • Assist in onboarding new clients, • Ensure key client contacts for all functions and escalations are identified and updated in CRM, • Manage and execute appropriate client communications including follow-up, compliance requirements, and billing Requirements, • Uncover new opportunities for growth (i.e. auto-offer, exclusivity, clinical interviews), • Assess opportunities for improvement in client health by analyzing data on client trends in submission declines, cancellations, low number of job posts, etc., • Navigate any issues regarding compliance, start dates, cancellations, and contract changes, • Responsible for making sure client details are up-to-date and correctly captured internally. Manage offer processing, • Manage work order processes including extensions and extension flips, • Other duties as assignedQualifications/ Skills - What You Will Need, • 4+ years of prior work experience in a client-facing role. Compensation for this full-time position encompasses both base compensation and variable compensation target of 20% of base compensation, which is not guaranteed and may be based on both individual and company performance. Base compensation is determined as a reflection of your skills, experience, and geographic location. Each geographic location has a benchmarked, specific modifier; below is general guidance on base compensation in key metro areas. Actual compensation may be slightly higher or lower. • Tier 1: $87,500 - $96,000 (NYC, SF, Seattle), • Tier 2: $77,500 - $85,000 (Boston, DC, Chicago, San Diego, Los Angeles, Austin), • Tier 3: $74,000 - $81,500 (All other locations)
