A respected nonprofit healthcare organization in the Capital Region of New York (Latham area) is seeking a Program Director to lead its Adult Day Health Care program. This is a permanent, full-time leadership position offering a competitive salary range of $133,000–$136,000/year. This is a high-priority hire and a critical leadership role within the organization. The Program Director is responsible for overall program operations, regulatory compliance, staffing oversight, budget management, and clinical coordination. This individual will ensure high-quality care delivery while maintaining strict adherence to New York State Department of Health regulations and federal Adult Day Health Care standards. This is a full-time, in-person leadership position in the Latham area. Responsibilities • Oversee all operational, clinical, and administrative functions of the Adult Day Health Care program, • Ensure compliance with all NYS Department of Health and federal ADHC regulations, • Lead program planning, implementation, and service coordination, • Supervise clinical and administrative staff, including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and professional development, • Monitor program quality standards and implement improvements as needed, • Review and approve participant care plans and oversee admissions and discharges, • Maintain required program documentation, reporting, and statistical records, • Manage program budget and staffing structure, • Serve as liaison with internal departments and external partners, • Address participant or family concerns and ensure adherence to participant rights, • Registered Nurse (RN) required with BS or BA degree (or equivalent experience), • Experience in nursing supervision and clinical program leadership, • Experience working with elderly and/or chronically ill adults, • Familiarity with New York State Department of Health regulations, • Experience in adult day health care or group-based healthcare programs preferred, • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, • Competitive annual salary ranging from $133,000–$136,000, • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options, • Life insurance coverage, • 403(b) retirement plan First time working with a Recruiter?
