The Role We are looking for a reliable C-Level Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position for someone looking to grow their skills in a supportive, team-oriented shop. You will handle routine maintenance, engine performance basics, and under-car repairs. Key Responsibilities: Suspension & Wheel-Well Work: Perform repairs and replacements for shocks, struts, ball joints, control arms, and related suspension components. Tune-Ups: Conduct standard engine tune-ups, including spark plug replacement, filter changes, and ignition system checks. General Maintenance: Handle oil changes, tire rotations, brake jobs, and fluid flushes. Maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Requirements: Communication: Must be able to speak and write in English fluently to ensure clear communication with the team and accurate documentation of repair orders. Punctuality: You show up on time and ready to work. Consistent start times are a must. Integrity: We value full transparency and honesty with both the team and our customers. Team Player: You are respectful to your coworkers and willing to lend a hand. Customer First: You treat every vehicle and every customer with professional respect. Qualifications: Proven experience with suspension repairs and engine tune-ups. ASE Certification is a plus, but not mandatory. Valid driver’s license and a complete set of tools. Why Join Us?
