Job Description Job Purpose: To provide leadership, to plan, to organize, and direct activities and strategies for the assigned branch to assure that operational and financial goals are reached. The Branch Manager must also manage and provide direction to branch staff on how to effectively meet or exceed company goals through controlling expenses and increasing branch sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintains communication between the branch and management by preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity., • Formulates recommendations and provides feedback to management regarding operational policies and procedures., • Assists in ensuring that the branch is in compliance with federal laws and regulations., • Provides training to staff in regard to operations and policies., • Schedules, supervises, and motivates branch staff in an effort to maintain optimal Associate service satisfaction levels., • Coaches staff to fulfill business plan goals., • Assists in evaluating staff’s work performance by helping to prepare and deliver annual reviews and performing coaching sessions., • Monitors quality of service and ensures that staff are maximizing opportunities to sell products., • Communicate updates or changes to procedures to the staff., • Assists in the interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff and Associates., • Represent and promote Epic within the business community., • Completes projects on a timely basis as assigned by management., • Resolves Associate and staff complaints as they occur., • Must possess a high school degree or equivalent, college degree preferred., • At least three (3) year experience in a related field (branch operations)., • At least two (2) years of recruiting experience., • Experience in managing applicant data bases., • Experience of applicant tracking systems plus., • Experience in candidate sourcing., • Unbiased judgement., • Excellent verbal, written, and speaking communication skills, Spanish is a plus, • Ability to work independently., • Strong commitment to customer Service., • Ability to pay close attention to detail, meets deadlines, and work with difficult task assignments., • Strong organizational skills., • Ability to motivate staff., • Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information in a professional manner., • Ability to manage multi-functional tasks., • Reliable transportation a must., • Must be able to pass a background check., • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
