Located just 30 miles from New York City at Republic Airport (KFRG) on Long Island, our premier FBO offers top-tier concierge and aircraft services in a plush, modern facility. We take pride in ensuring every client—operators, owners, passengers, and crew—experiences the highest standard of service. Our location also features an on-site FAA Part 145 repair station. Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative at Republic Jet Center, a premier Fixed Base Operator (FBO) at Republic Airport (KFRG), you will serve as the first point of contact for private aviation clients, flight crews, and operators. This role blends traditional customer service with the fast-paced, service-driven environment of private aviation. Responsibilities include managing high call volumes, coordinating service requests, supporting flight operations, and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of passengers and crew. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and FBO services, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience, • Manage a high volume of incoming calls, client inquiries, and service requests, • Provide accurate and timely information to clients using proper tools and procedures, • Generate service leads and upsell available offerings to meet client needs, • Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally, • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests, • Support Line Service operations as needed, including assisting with ramp coordination and crew services, • Maintain cleanliness and stock of amenities in client-facing areas such as the lobby, • Provide limited services to the flight crew, • Ensure compliance with airport safety and security procedures at all times, • High school diploma or equivalent, • Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive a passenger van, • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, • Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude, • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and service quality, • Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced, service-driven setting, • Standing for extended periods, • Wear required company uniform and insignia
