Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will perform financial feasibility analyses, build financial models for potential investments, and support a range of transaction processes and calculations across the real estate and finance sectors. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred. * 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate or finance. * Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and respond effectively to questions. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
