Job DescriptionJob Title: Event Marketing Associate Location: New York City or Remote Position Type: Full-Time CyberRisk Alliance (CRA) is seeking an Event Marketing Associate to join our Partnership Marketing team, with a primary focus on Cybersecurity Summits. This position reports directly to the Director of Partnership Marketing. The Event Marketing Associate will play a key role in driving attendance at CRA events and supporting broader audience engagement through strategic content marketing initiatives. Primary Job Responsibilities: • Work closely with the Director of Partnership Marketing to execute strategic marketing plans for each event, including email, advertising, partnership recruitment, and social media (paid and organic)., • Build creative assets such as HTML email invitations, banner ads, social media graphics and website graphics, ensuring that all content is accurate and up to date., • Collaborate with the event content team on copy and messaging that highlights and connects relevant programming elements to desired targeted audiences., • Create and manage event social media content calendars, working with internal and external partners on organic and paid social campaigns, providing direction on messaging, CTA, and branding., • Test campaigns and analyze results and effectiveness to make informed recommendations., • Attend in-person events to assist at registration, post and monitor social media accounts, and provide additional support as needed onsite.Qualifications:, • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline., • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for crafting compelling. messaging and connecting with diverse audiences., • Familiarity with the following tools and platforms, though not required:, • Graphic design software (e.g., Canva), • Digital marketing platforms, • Email creation and design tools, • Salesforce (SFDC), • Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management capabilities, • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments., • Genuine passion for event planning and a dedication to delivering outstanding attendee experiences., • Willingness to travel for events, approximately 15–20%.
