Job Summary: As our Administrative Coordinator, you will be the cornerstone of our office operations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of our administrative processes. From scheduling and customer service to compliance management, you will play a crucial part in upholding our commitment to exceptional service. Job Duties: • Cultivate and maintain positive customer relations by providing outstanding service, addressing client inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly and efficiently., • Schedule and coordinate client assessments, demonstrating a proactive approach in facilitating client interactions and ensuring their needs are met efficiently., • Manage an organized and secure filing system in strict compliance with regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of client records., • Monitor and replenish office supplies as necessary, ensuring smooth office operations., • Assist in caregiver training and onboarding processes, facilitating a smooth integration for new team members., • Manning the phones and triaging calls as necessary, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism in handling inquiries and emergencies., • Collaborate with colleagues to support various office management tasks and maintain a cohesive and efficient work environment., • Performs other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred., • Preferred experience in the Home Care or Health Care industry., • Exceptional customer service skills with at least one year of relevant experience., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Ability to communicate pleasantly and effectively with callers and internal staff., • Team player, excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills.
