Job DescriptionDescription: Position Overview The Academy Charter School Bilingual Administrative Assistant understands and promotes the school’s mission, vision, objectives, and policies both within and outside the immediate school community. The School's Bilingual Administrative Assistant plays a central role in ensuring an orderly, responsive, and open school. In addition to maintaining the school’s administrative systems and routines, the Bilingual Administrative Assistant functions as the primary contact person for all of the school’s constituents. In this role, the Bilingual Administrative Assistant must be able to communicate effectively with students, teachers, families, trustees, donors, and visitors. Requirements: Responsibilities & Duties: Front Desk Support • Greet and document all visitors (signing in visitors, ensuring that students only leave with authorized parents/guardians, monitoring and controlling access to the school, etc.), • Manage phones (answering calls, re-directing calls, taking messages, placing calls, creating school announcements, etc.), • Manage mail (distributing received mail, preparing school mailings, making mail drops, etc.), • Oversee the day to day activities of the school and serving as the main point of contact in the school reception area, • Help to plan and manage logistics and preparations for school events and activities as needed (making photocopies, setting up for special events, making phone calls to confirm attendance, etc.), • Manage the collection and maintenance of student, personnel, and school information (receiving forms and paperwork, tracking missing forms, managing databases, updating contact information, keeping records current, etc.), • Coordinate a variety of programs and/or activities for the purpose of ensuring availability of facilities and/or equipment and delivering services in conformance to established guidelines., • Manage the collection of all funds for school trips and all student activities., • Manage the disbursement and the reconciliation of petty cash., • Responsible for the collection of funds for all staff meals., • Perform record keeping and general clerical functions (e.g. scheduling, copying, faxing, mailings, etc.) for the purpose of providing information and/or materials as needed., • Respond to inquiries from a wide variety of internal and external parties (e.g. staff, parents, students, public agencies, etc.) for the purpose of providing information, facilitating communication among department and/or providing direction as may be required., • Assist other personnel for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities The Academy is committed to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Requirements Work experience & Skills • Minimum of 2 or 3 year office experience, • Bilingual (English/Spanish), • Experience working in schools and/or urban communities preferred, • Strong written, grammatical, presentation, and verbal communication skills, • Demonstrated ability in utilizing office equipment and software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Explorer, Excel, and Outlook)., • Proven ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with a diverse team of teachers and administrators

Job DescriptionDescription: Position Summary: An R&D Operator is primarily responsible for providing support to the formulation development activities while following written batch records and procedures. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Report to work on time and properly gowning., • Keep all manufacturing rooms clean and organized., • Verify the amount of blends/drums/bulk/core tablets and identification as needed., • Understand batch records and procedures., • Set-up equipment per appropriate set-up sheets., • Help maintain the granulation, compression, mixing and milling activities for R&D., • Prepare active/inactive material for master., • Formulate product according to the production schedule., • Blend/granulate materials as specified on the batch record., • Operate, clean (serial and non-serial cleaning) and maintain equipment per department SOPs., • Keep manufacturing rooms clean and organized., • Perform room inspections and clearances as required., • High School or GED diploma required., • Knowledge of cGMP regulations to ensure the safety, identity, strength, quality or purity of products., • Required to use hands to handle or feel objects, to operate tools, computer controls and equipment., • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, stand, bend, sit, talk, hear, or walk for prolonged periods. Job DescriptionDescription: Position Summary: A Materials Processing Machine Operator is responsible for operating blending, granulation, and/or compounding equipment in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies. *Multiple Shifts Available - Day, Night, Weekend; Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Responsibilities: Including but not limited to - • Screening, loading and unloading of raw materials to and from manufacturing equipment such as blenders, screeners, ovens, mills, bowls, and granulators., • Unload the mixed raw materials from the equipment into drums., • Properly label the drums to avoid cross contamination., • Report any abnormalities to the department supervisor., • Accurately complete documentation in the batch record., • Maintain cleanliness of production rooms and equipment to prevent contamination., • Maintain a safe working environment., • Execute standard work practice with 1st time right quality standard., • Maintain a cGMP environment in accordance with Company policies, FDA regulations and any other governing regulatory agency requirements., • High School or GED diploma preferred., • Operator Level I: 6 months+ experience in pharmaceutical blending, granulation and/or compounding, • Operator Level II: 2+ years of work experience in pharmaceutical blending, granulation and/or compounding, • Ability to comprehend, follow and accurately perform all instructions detailed in batch production record., • Required to use hands/fingers to operate machinery, etc., • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds for a distance of 20-30 feet., • Must be able to stand, kneel, climb and bend for extended periods of time., • Indoor manufacturing environment including enclosed areas with dust and loud noises; close proximity to heavy machinery and pharmaceutical powders., • Potential to move between production operations sites/areas to complete job functions., • Operator I: $19.00 - $23.00 / hour, • Operator II: $20.50 - $24.50 / hour
