Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the nursing process. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care and coordinates with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions and needs through physical exams, medical history review, and diagnostic results.
