This dual-role position ensures high-quality, family-centered, compliant service delivery for youth ages 14+ through Rise Up and for children with complex medical, behavioral, and social needs enrolled in Health Home care coordination. The Manager will oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with New York State Health Home standards, manage grant and program deliverables, supervise staff, maintain program fidelity, and drive measurable outcomes that promote youth stability, academic success, career readiness, and overall wellbeing. This role is accountable for quality assurance, staff development, care coordination oversight, and community partnership development across both programs. BIS - Day Habilitation Program - We are looking for committed and energetic Behavior Intervention Specialists (BIS) who will conduct, assess and develop behavior support plans, address challenges and train our Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in the Day Habilitation Program. (Monday – Friday shifts available at one of our 12 Day Hab locations, depending on need and availability) BIS - Residential – Behavior Intervention Specialists (BIS) for the Residential program must be able to travel to assigned residential locations in Manhattan, Bronx, Queens and Long Island locations. As a BIS you will provide functional behavioral analysis and behavior/psychological assessments, develop and monitor behavior support plans and assist with the development and implementation of individual goals. These roles can have some flexibility in start and end times, with weekly office hours. Please Note: These roles have some autonomy, but the BIS is required to drive and travel to assigned QSAC locations.
