Job DescriptionJob Title: Fractional COO / Operations Consultant Location: New York, NY (Hybrid preferred) Engagement: Fractional, Part-Time (3‑month initial engagement with option to extend) About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Fractional COO / Operations Consultant with deep experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or clinical practice environments. This part-time leader will support senior management by strengthening operations, elevating internal leadership, and building scalable systems—without disrupting the existing rhythm of a high-volume medical or aesthetic practice. This role blends operational consulting with executive coaching, providing structure, accountability, and strategic oversight to help the practice grow efficiently and sustainably. Key Responsibilities • Provide ongoing executive coaching and mentorship to senior leaders and managers, • Assess and refine operational systems, clinical workflows, and administrative processes, • Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs and performance dashboards for operational visibility, • Improve leadership communication, delegation, and decision-making capabilities, • Establish and reinforce a scalable operations framework for growth across services or locations, • Analyze bottlenecks in scheduling, patient flow, coordination, and practice management systems, • Support alignment between clinical providers and business operationsEssential Skills & Strengths, • Strong operational acumen within healthcare, aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, dermatology, or other clinical environments, • Ability to mentor leaders and improve overall team performance, • Expertise in strategic planning, systems thinking, and operational scale, • Ability to build structure, clarity, and accountability without disrupting clinical care, • Excellence in executive‑level communication and stakeholder alignmentQualifications, • Background as a COO, Operations Director, Practice Manager, or Clinical Operations Leader, • Direct experience in:, • Aesthetic or surgical practices, • Multi‑location medical environments, • High‑volume patient operations, • Track record of developing and implementing:, • KPI dashboards, • SOPs & process improvements, • Accountability frameworks, • Strong preference for candidates who have scaled a practice from mid‑six to multi‑seven figures, • Must understand the physician–operator dynamic and how to support clinical leaders, • Deep familiarity with practice management platforms, revenue cycle workflows, and patient experience systemsWork Environment & Engagement Structure, • Fractional, part‑time consulting role, • In-person presence preferred (NYC), with flexibility for remote components, • Initial 3‑month engagement, with strong potential to extend based on impact Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
