Job Description Job Summary The Operations Support role within Capital Markets, Core Processing & Risk (CMCPR) provides essential operational support to the Capital Markets business at Client Wealth Management. CMCPR manages both Change the Bank and Run the Bank programs, collaborating with Operations, IT, and Business stakeholders to deliver technology and operational process improvements. Team members are expected to take leadership roles in programs and be accountable for delivering first-class solutions. The Settlement Team plays a critical role in managing the day-to-day support of the trade lifecycle, including trade settlement across multiple asset classes and trade matching platforms. This role requires extensive interaction with financial advisors, branch management, compliance, risk teams, trading desks, market centers, and counterparties.
