Restock par areas as needed., • Manage the Purchase Order (PO) process, receiving, and replenishment of all supplies for assigned location(s) in the inventory management system (Envi)., • Identify, resolve, and communicate product availability issues to material manager and all appropriate personnel., • Coordinate inventory management activities such as daily cycle counts and rotation of supplies and checking expiration dates., • Assist with value analysis and product trials as requested by materials manager., • Assist with mandatory physical inventory process at the site every 6 months., • Manage par areas and maintain accuracy in the Envi inventory system., • Ensure purchasing activity aligns with the overall purchasing department strategy., • Ensure that contracts for supplies, implants, equipment services, and purchased services are complying and being followed., • Oversees flow of equipment and ensures equipment is following applicable biomedical guidelines., • Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately and meet deadlines., • Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner with all staff and team members., • Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations., • Work independently with minimal supervision., • Minimum two years of experience in materials management related position such as purchasing, inventory management, or hospital supply chain.
