About the Position: We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Data Entry Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the data entry process within our organization, ensuring that data is entered accurately and efficiently. They will work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Inventory, Warehouse, and Finance, this role ensures that project and product statuses and related inventory is accurate. They will track items as they enter the warehouse through records of whats been purchased/received, sold/shipped, returned and transferred. Key Responsibilities: • Data Input and Management: Accurately entering data from various sources into database, maintaining and updating those records., • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinating data entry activities across various departments., • Data Verification and Quality Control: Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data through cross-checking, data quality checks, and resolving discrepancies. Support returned items via updating Sales Orders/Project Boards product details, communicating and executing returned items dispositions., • Process Improvement: Monitoring data entry performance and implementing improvements., • Report Generation: Preparing reports on data entry metrics and performance., • Inventory Integrity: Supports scheduled physical inventory cycle counts, report and reconcile discrepancies. Inspect returned merchandise for salability, barcode/label, ensure on-hand count accuracy, put away., • Warehouse Responsibilities: Operate in a safe and efficient manner. Operate equipment according to training provided. Assist loading and unloading inbound & outbound shipments. Required Skillset: • Data Entry Skills: Proficiency in data entry, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail., • Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment., • Communication Skills: Clear, professional and timely communication across internal teams., • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data entry software and tools as well as Microsoft products including, but not limited to, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook., • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues., • Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail is crucial for this role., • Creative Thinking: Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement., • Ability to work extended hours as required Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role involving data management., • Associates degree (Bachelors degree preferred) in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or related field., • Great Mathematical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Able to lift weights up to and including 50 pounds and climb ladders up to a 20 elevation., • Able to stand and bend for long periods of time in a warehouse environment., • Forklift experience is beneficial. Salary Range:$20.00-$25.00 per hour Position Type: Full-time, Mon-Fri
