Job Description Owner’s Representative Firm – New York Metropolitan Area Work Location: In Person Our expanding Owner’s Representative firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Development Project Manager with a strong background in commercial real estate development, site feasibility, zoning analysis, entitlements, and architectural coordination to join our growing team. We specialize in large-scale commercial new construction and complex alteration projects. We are not involved in single-family residential construction. Only applicants with relevant commercial real estate development experience will be considered.
