Primary Responsibilities Sourcing & Selection • Utilize social media platform to source and engage with potential talent, • Use techniques to refine searches on search engines, job board, and social media, • Promote recruiting efforts through strategic marketing, • Actively participate in campus clubs and organizations to promote and brand Northwestern Mutual, • Identify opportunities and assist in the coordination of on campus events including career fairs, guest speaking engagements, etc., • Review resumes and schedule initial interviews, • Shadow interviews conducted by district recruiters and leaders Accountability, Tracking, and Analysis • Develop proficiency and use of applicant tracking system to maintain candidate databases and accurate records of prospects to ensure efficiency of the selection process, • Assist in the coordination of leadership team meetings and the preparation of activity/results reports Qualifications/Requirements • Currently enrolled full-time in college, • Interest in identifying, engaging, and converting premier talent, • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, • Strong oral and written communication skills, • Interest in working in a team-oriented environment, • Strong marketing skills
