DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Transports Westhab residents and staff as directed to scheduled clinic appointments, food pantry runs, other Westhab sites, housing and employment appointments, meetings, pick-up and delivery of supplies, inter-office mail, and if necessary, client moves to EHAP or permanent housing., • Checks vehicle(s) on a daily basis for gas, oil, and fluid levels and mechanical defects., • Assists with moving office furniture., • Completes daily vehicle check log., • Reports any vehicle accidents or damage to Facility Manager and Service Coordinator., • Cleans all vehicle(s) interiors and exteriors as needed., • Ensures vehicle inspection and registration stickers are current, and notifies Facility Manager one month before expiration date., • Drives vehicle(s) to service and inspection appointments., • Assists with maintenance activities on-site including but not limited to sweeping and moping floors, shoveling snow, cleaning windows, replenishing supplies, and taking out garbage.
