Job Description The Brand Ambassador Supervisor is responsible for leading, coordinating, and motivating a team of brand ambassadors during onsite activations. You will ensure the team delivers outstanding customer experiences, embodies the client’s brand values, and meets performance goals. This is a highly visible, onsite role involving both pre-event planning and live event execution. Key Responsibilities * Recruit, train, and manage a team of brand ambassadors for various activations, ensuring they understand campaign goals, messaging, and brand tone. * Conduct pre-event training sessions, role-plays, and briefings to prepare ambassadors for event-day tasks, engagement tactics, and compliance requirements. * Lead and supervise ambassadors on site throughout the activation, providing direction, coaching, and real-time feedback. * Coordinate with event producers, project managers, and logistics leads to align ambassador activities with overall event flow, objectives, and guest experience. * Monitor ambassador performance metrics: attendance, engagement rates, lead generation, sales, or other key performance indicators as defined by the campaign. * Ensure ambassadors adhere to brand guidelines, dress code, and professional behavior. * Address issues or concerns promptly, resolve on-site conflicts, and escalate to production or account leadership when necessary. * Provide brand ambassadors with coaching and mentoring throughout the event to optimize their interactions and performance. * Conduct post-activation debriefs with ambassadors to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and recognize high performance. * Complete performance evaluations, ambassador scheduling, payroll tracking, and timesheet approvals. * Maintain communication with the client regarding ambassador activities, lead data (when applicable), and any on-site challenges or highlights. * Ensure all brand ambassador-related logistics — check-in, briefings, uniforms, materials — run smoothly during event setup and teardown. * Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards during activations, including crowd control, onsite safety, and emergency protocols. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in marketing, communications, or business is a plus. * 2+ years of experience working in experiential marketing, event staffing, retail, hospitality, or a related field. * Proven leadership experience, with prior responsibility for supervising, coaching, or managing teams. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to motivate, direct, and inspire a large team. * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage scheduling, logistics, and on-site coordination. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, event-driven environment. * Performance-oriented mindset, with experience tracking KPIs and driving results (engagement, sales, leads, or similar). * Flexible schedule, with willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel to event sites as needed. * Professional appearance and presence; ability to represent both BMF and its clients effectively on site. * Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges or changes. * Proficiency with basic office software, scheduling tools, and mobile communication platforms. Work Environment & Conditions * This is primarily an onsite role: build-in, activation days, and teardown. * Exposure to outdoor venues, trade shows, festivals, indoor event spaces, or brand pop-ups. * Variable hours: early mornings, late nights, weekends, and travel may be required. * Frequent interactions with large teams, vendors, clients, and event attendees. * May involve physical activity, including standing for long periods, walking, and light lifting. Why Work at BMF? * Lead a team that directly impacts high-profile brand experiences and activations. * Work within a creative, dynamic environment where your leadership drives both team success and campaign results. * Build your career in experiential marketing, with opportunities for growth into production management, operations, or account leadership. * Be part of a company that values innovation, collaboration, and high-quality delivery. * Competitive compensation, event-day benefits, and a supportive team culture.
