TEAM & DEPARTMENT Baristas make an impact every day by providing outstanding beverage service and supporting the overall front-of-house operations. Internally, this role is part of the Guest Experience Team and reports to the Guest Experience Manager and General Manager of each restaurant. In this position, you will collaborate with colleagues at multiple levels of the organization and play an integral part in creating a welcoming and positive guest experience. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare all beverages to company standards, including coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, tonics, smoothies, and wellness drinks., • Dial espresso grinders daily and continually monitor espresso quality., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee and smoothie bar throughout service., • Set up and close down barista and smoothie stations at the start and end of each shift., • Ensure accurate order entry through the POS system for efficient communication between the bar and kitchen., • Support a smooth service by assisting team members across front-of-house positions as needed., • Provide exceptional hospitality and contribute to a welcoming and community-focused atmosphere., • Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively and respectfully in a team setting., • Strong ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • Exceptional time management and organizational skills., • Passion for health, wellness, and high-quality food and beverage experiences., • Ability to stand for extended periods of time., • Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as business requires., • Commitment of at least 5 days per week and 30–40 hours per week., • General understanding of food safety and public health practices., • Required: Minimum 2 years of barista experience.
