Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. From advanced surface preparation to highly technical finishing processes, we can handle the smallest pieces to large parts over 30 feet long. Our three shifts of skilled professionals in our 125,000 square foot facility have made us the vendor of choice for metal finishing for Northeastern United States. Whether it is electroplating, electroless plating, wet paint, or powder coat, we finish it right the first time! Position Overview • Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member, • Take and distribute accurate messages, • Greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member, • Coordinate messenger and courier service, • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail, • Prepare outgoing mail for distribution, • Scan and copy documents, • Maintain office filing and storage systems, • Update and maintain databases, • Retrieve information when requested, • Type documents, reports and correspondence, • Monitor and maintain office supplies, • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced, • Data entry, • Gathering data to assist in the preparation of accounting department tasks. This includes collecting and organizing/preparing documents., • Assist with office coordination and employee support, including managing catering/lunch orders for client meetings and running occasional errands for urgent supplies or materials, • High School Diploma or equivalent, • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills., • Excellent computer skills, and proficient in Microsoft Word and other relevant software., • Experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred but not required., • Self-sufficient and able to work independently with minimal supervision., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, • We are willing to consider a part-time schedule (minimum of 20 hours per week). All working hours must fall within our core operational window of 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
