Essential Functions • Follow, without exception, all safety policies /safety rules, and procedures., • Follow all work instructions, both written and oral., • Required to keep shop and work areas in a safe and tidy condition, following 6S standards., • Required to perform all facility maintenance., • Ability to perform work in a mature and professional manner, demonstrate personal responsibility, and perform all assigned duties., • Ability to trouble shoot/solve mechanical breakdowns in areas consisting of old and new equipment, while communicating with production and maintenance manager., • Perform mechanical repairs and replace parts on machines such as bearings, valves, filters, gauges, switches, etc., • Perform routine preventive maintenance on all production equipment and machinery, such as a resistance welder, seamer, automated paint booth, conveyors, curing ovens, etc., • Assist in machine changeovers and start-up of machines for production needs when required., • To identify improvements, advise and correct potential problems., • Assist in maintaining safety; reduce downtime; decrease scrap; improve quality production; and improve plant efficiency., • Perform and oversee electrical troubleshooting (AC/DC motors, controls panels motor drivers, etc.), • Ability to use ladders, scissor lift, forklift, milling machine, lathes, drill presses, welder and hand tools to complete repairs., • Ability to use precision measuring devices including amp meters, electric meters, hydraulic gauges, Etc., • Lead/coach and mentor maintenance technicians fostering skilled development and productivity., • Assign daily tasks and prioritize maintenance work orders in alignment with production needs., • Teach expertise of equipment in diagnostics and trouble shoot while providing guidance and training for all maintenance techs, • Recommend process and equipment improvements and enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality., • Collaborate with management and other departments on cross functional initiatives., • Industrial Maintenance Millwright Certificate or Qualified Mechanic., • 4-6 years of direct hands-on experience with production equipment maintenance and repair., • Electrical knowledge of 3 phase and DC systems., • Knowledge of industrial electrical, control, and instrumentation systems. Examples include control relay logic; voltage control schemes; photo-eyes; distance and pressure transducers; etc., • Forklift Certified - Ability to operate a forklift safely to eliminate personal injury and material damage., • Ability to lift 55 lbs. overhead, climb, bend, stoop, push and pull., • Must possess excellent communication skills, professional maturity, and a proactive mindset., • Requires good eye/hand/foot coordination., • Good visual acuity – cannot be colorblind., • Must be able to stand for extended periods., • Must be able to work in cold, heat and dusty environment; it includes occasional work outside in the elements., • Ability to safely operate all equipment and tools. Job Description Job scope: Order Checkers serve a quality control function verifying the accuracy of orders pulled by the order pickers by reconciling the product and quantities to be shipped. The product listed on the manifest and number of product must match the pick list. They are our last pair of eyes before product reaches the customer. This reconciliation, cross-checking for accuracy and documentation ensures an accurate, uninterrupted supply of products to our customers.  Maintain the error log and communicate to shipping lead for documentation  Make sure all workstations are kept neat and clean at all times  Check selected product based on order specifications  Cross reference products against item numbers, quantities etc. before shipment is shipped  Ability to detect errors & inaccuracies  Receive orders ready for shipment from the order pickers  Verify the quantity and description of items received by checking products against the packing list  Examine incoming product and reject damaged items  Report and record any discrepancies  Prepare all shipping documentation  Review all orders to determine if they were picked correctly  Accurately identify various types and sizes of items  Operate safely all the necessary equipment in work area  Will participate on projects that entail looking for heavy products on the warehouse floor, wrapping and carrying heavy product, must be able to lift up to 60 pounds on their own. Essential Functions and Principal Accountabilities • Assist in the management of patients’ oral health., • Obtain baseline oral hygiene assessment date based upon accepted principles of oral hygiene and periodontal care., • Record patient-hygienist transactions in patient’s dental record as they occur so that the record accurately and completely reflects the nature of the contact, the condition of the patient, and the care or treatment provided., • Provide oral health education and appropriate individual counseling for dental patients., • Provide clinical oral hygiene services including dental prophylaxis, scaling, sealant application and fluoride application consistent with accepted professional practices and standards and in compliance with applicable state law and the Health Center’s clinical protocols., • Integrate appropriate patient dental hygiene care with other health care professionals involved in the patient’s health care management., • Organize and perform preventive oral health presentations at on-site and off-site locaitons., • Assist in providing technical assistance and health education in the community as requested., • Participate in the Dental department’s PI program., • Perform independent procedures as delegated and directed by a dentist in accordance with state regulations and law as well as Dental department protocol and directive., • Assist in the maintenance of compliance with policies and procedures relative to infection control, exposure control and safety issues., • Receive and place telephone calls regarding clinic business, patient care and professional matters., • Assist with various clinical and administrative functions., • Insure the proper disposal of all contaminated or potentially contaminated materials in accordance with Dental department procedures, Health Center policy and state and federal regulations., • Comply with the Health Center’s Exposure Control Plan., • Travel to meet operational needs when necessary., • As directed by a supervisor, perform other related and necessary tasks to achieve organizational and programmatic goals and objectives., • Responsible for personal compliance with all applicable federal, state, local and organizational rules, regulations and protocols governing the practice of dental hygiene and provision of dental hygiene services as well as those relating to personnel issues, workplace safety, public health and confidentiality., • Position Qualifications, • Education and Training, • Graduation from an accredited school of dental hygiene., • Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with fellow healthcare providers., • Ability to be clinically fluent in Spanish preferred., • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills., • Ability to maintain appropriate clinical privileges. The Dental Hygienist must be able to creatively work with other health care professionals from a variety of disciplines to achieve maximal program effectiveness and patient benefit. The ability to creatively solve problems through individual and/or programmatic action is an important of this position. Typical Physical Demands Prolonged sitting or standing may be required. Those physical movements and the degree of mobility, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination normally associated with the practice of modern oral hygiene will be performed on a repetitive basis. The ability to distinguish letters and symbols, as well as the ability to utilize telephone, computer terminals and copiers are required. Work under stressful conditions and/or irregular hours may be required. Frequent exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, toxic substances, medical preparations, radiation and other conditions common to a clinical environment may be routinely encountered. Job Requirements: * 5 plus years of auto-body collision experience preferred * Follow the company blueprinting process and disassembly procedures (DFR) for all vehicle inspections * Disassemble vehicles after the initial estimate, inspect all vehicles for internal structure and parts from the initial inspection (estimate), and identify additional damage Complete disassembly of the vehicle to assist estimators in assessing damage to prepare a 100% repair plan Document and record additional damage and required parts on a damage report (including blend panels, small parts, on-time use fasteners, moldings, etc.).
