From shaping, tinting, staining to lamination. The ideal candidate needs to be a skilled professional with a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of the newest brow techniques, including mapping, lamination and staining. Must be willing to adhere to our specific training to give each client their desired brow style. The brow artist will tailor each service based on the individual clients facial structure, eye shape, and hair color to create a persionalized and flattering brow shape that enhances their overall appearance. Here’s what you can expect physically in this role: • Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the entire shift, • Bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting (up to 15 pounds) — including merchandise, laundry, and back-of-house supplies, • Climbing up and down stairs during shift operations, • Remaining mobile and on your feet for the full duration of your shift (shift lengths may vary), • Exposure to varying temperatures and humidity levels, particularly in laundry or supply areas, • Performing operational tasks such as restocking, organizing supplies, and light cleaning Physical and mental health, personal development and work-life balance are key to growth and well-being.
