Role Overview As the Founding Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the primary technical point of contact for Blacksmith’s customers. Expect a split between: * Technical support & troubleshooting (~40%) – diagnosing customer CI/CD pipeline issues, resolving breakages, and providing best practices. * Customer onboarding, POCs & success (~60%) – guiding new customers through migration, optimizing workflows, and ensuring enterprise accounts have a white-glove experience. You’ll collaborate directly with co-founders, engineering, and product to drive adoption, deliver impact, and set the standard for technical customer excellence.
