Summary of Position: Public Health Solutions is seeking a bilingual (English/Haitian Creole, English/Spanish, or English/Bengali) Navigator to support the Family Connect (FC) coordinated intake and referral network. Family Connect receives referrals from health and social service providers for pregnant and newly parenting NYC residents, screens them for needs and interests, and refers them on to home visiting, doulas, and many other services and supports. POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for general oversight and administration of all aspects of programming and will report to the Vice President. The qualified candidate will provide leadership, direction and support to the program’s supervisory staff and their respective clinical teams. The Program Director must possess previous experience in providing services to IPV families and families with substance use disorder histories. The Program Director is responsible for ensuring all the requirements of the program regulations are met, that staff are recruited, trained and properly supervised. Job Description Who We Are Comp Sci High Alternative (CSH_ALT) is a new charter alternative high school program in the South Bronx, enrolling its founding cohort of 35 students and launching in August 2026. We are designed for students who are over-age, under-credited, or returning after disrupted schooling and need a different path to success and graduation. Job DescriptionI. Primary Purpose Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance (“Senior Director”), the Controller is responsible for the oversight of accounting and financial reporting. The Controller will be a crucial contributor to the financial leadership of Spence-Chapin. The Controller will work closely with the Senior Director and will lead the day-to-day accounting operations of Spence-Chapin. The Controller has functional responsibility for accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting and financial reporting for the organization’s budget of $9MM -$11 MM. III. Education & Experience • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible accounting and/or auditing experience; experience in the nonprofit sector strongly preferred., • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams., • Public accounting experience is desirable but not required., • Ability to work on multiple projects at once without sacrificing quality., • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration. The program diverts participants from jail or prison by conducting clinical assessments and then connecting them with long-term treatment in the community, along with rigorous judicial monitoring. The court aims to strengthen the justice system’s ability to identify, assess, and monitor individual participants, to create linkages between the justice and mental health systems, and to improve public safety by ensuring that participants receive high quality community-based services. Brooklyn Felony ATI Program The Brooklyn Felony ATI Program utilizes a similar model to Brooklyn Mental Health Court, serving individuals facing felony charges who are not otherwise eligible for Mental Health Court or other treatment courts in Brooklyn. The program receives referrals through two pathways: (1) the dedicated Felony ATI court part within Brooklyn Supreme Court, with a dedicated judge and supervising prosecutor; and (2) through other court parts throughout Brooklyn Criminal and Supreme Court. Regardless of the referral pathway, all participants receive individualized assessments, onsite and community-based services, compliance monitoring and judicial monitoring for the life of the case. BMHC is seeking a Social Worker for its Brooklyn Felony Diversion programs. The Social Worker will serve individuals who are mandated to Brooklyn Mental Health Court and Felony Alternative to Incarceration (Felony ATI) programming through the Brooklyn Supreme Court. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Social Worker is responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, linking clients to a range of wrap-around services, providing comprehensive trauma-informed case management, compliance monitoring, and reporting for clients referred to the Brooklyn Mental Health Court and Brooklyn Felony ATI programs. Job Summary: • Serve as counsel for HCR in structuring, negotiating, and closing real estate financing transactions, primarily mortgage loans provided to affordable housing projects financed by the New York State Housing Finance Agency, one of HCR’s six public authorities., • Perform legal services related to the agency’s asset management and loan servicing functions., • Assist with housing bond issuances, regulatory questions, the preparation of materials for consideration by one or more of HCR’s board of directors, and other legal issues that may arise., • Supervise Assistant Counsels and legal support staff engaged in similar duties., • Must be admitted to the practice of law in New York State., • Minimum of five years of experience in providing legal counsel wth respect to affordable housing programs, real estate lending or asset management, public finance, or other corporate transactions; knowledge of, and experience in, affordbale housing programs and construction lending is strongly preferred., • Experience supervising attorneys or support staff,, • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including attention to detail, a commitment to analytical thinking, and respect for the contributions of colleagues and others., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard applications. Job Description "Urgently Hiring!! Looking to fill as soon as possible!!” Job Summary QSAC is looking for dedicated and proactive Behavior Intervention Specialists (BIS) to support our In-Home Direct Support Professionals who primarily provide 1 to 1 services in the individual’s home and community. The BIS will work with the individual, family and direct care staff to develop and monitor Person Centered Service Plans to assist the individual in achieving their personal goals. The salary range for this position is $54,000-$60,000 annually. The Family Services BIS would travel to the individual’s home and other locations in the community. Flexible schedule which requires some evening and weekend hours. This position includes both office based and field based hours. Responsibilities Assessments & Goals • Visit individual’s homes on a regular basis to develop, maintain and evaluate goals to ensure goals are appropriate and outcomes are being achieved, • Complete Functional Assessments and other evaluations to assess skill level and behavioral support needs of each individual, • Develop individual goals and activities to support outcomes identified in the Life Plan utilizing evidence-based strategies in accordance with OPWDD regulations, • Provide support, supervision and feedback to ensure that direct care staff are able to meet the level of needs for the individuals they serve, • In service and observe goal implementation by Direct Support Professionals, • Monitor/Assess monthly goal progress and update short-term objectives, • Provide ongoing training support, supervision and evaluation of in home direct care staff, • Communicate with families, individuals receiving services and other service providers on a regular basis to ensure quality services, • Problem solve with families to resolve concerns over services., • Master’s degree and minimum 1 year experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities/autism required, ABA experience preferred, • Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities, • General knowledge of theories and principles of behavioral analysis, assessments and goal development required, • Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities/autism required, • Detail-oriented, multi-task capable and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, • Bilingual Spanish or other language very helpful, but not required, • Experience writing goals and activities utilizing evidence based interventions to help individual achieve personal outcomes including Staff Action Plans for people with autism, • Ability to travel to client's homes, • Strong written and communication skills are essential QSAC is a New York City and Long Island based nonprofit that supports children and adults with autism, together with their families, in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services.
