Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the nursing process. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care and coordinates with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions and needs through physical exams, medical history review, and diagnostic results. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and response to treatments; document and report findings. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records. Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards. Family Overview: We are a loving family in Westchester County seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced full-time nanny to care for our growing family. We currently have two children: a 3-year-old boy and a 1-year-old boy, and we are expecting a new baby in the coming months. We’re looking for someone who can grow with us long-term and become a trusted part of our household.
