    Job description: The Intake Specialist/ Parent Educator serves as the first point of contact for clients, patients, or customers seeking services. This role is responsible for gathering initial information, verifying eligibility, completing documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the appropriate mental health services or programs. The ideal candidate is organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and data entry skills. Mental Health Navigator Responsibilities: ▪ Conduct initial sales pitches to warm leads, engaging families and organizations to introduce them to our services. ▪ Manage high call volumes and provide clear, compassionate communication. ▪ Educate families on available mental health programs and services, providing clear information about treatment options, eligibility criteria, and program processes to ensure informed decision-making and improved access to appropriate care. ▪ Stay informed about each mental health program we provide, including services like one-on-one services and skill-building services, to guide families in accessing the appropriate support for their child’s needs. ▪ Enroll patients in our programs, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process. ▪ Communicate effectively with both external clients (Patients, families) and internal departments (HR, coordination teams). ▪ Maintain accurate records of all intake-related activities. ▪ Taking initiative on tasks with a determination to follow up and achieve sales goals. ▪ Ability to take initiative and demonstrate responsibility in managing tasks. ▪ Navigate time-sensitive situations and multiple priorities under pressure. Ideal Qualifications: ● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. ● Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. ● Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in handling paperwork. ● Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a must. ● Empathetic and professional when interacting with families.

    We are seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) in ABA who works directly with clients (individuals with Autism and related behavioral challenges) to implement behavioral services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves implementing behavior plans, collecting data on client progress, and supporting individuals with autism. Our BTs are dedicated and compassionate professionals who provide exceptional ABA services to a variety of clients. Role Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress. Keep detailed and accurate records of client progress, session notes, and any observed changes in behavior is crucial. Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA. Collaborate with other members of the therapy team, including BCBAs, other BTs, and parents/guardians. Respond promptly to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors. Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders. Job Requirements: Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of prior experience working with children or in a related field.
