Job Description No visa sponsorship available — H1B and C2C candidates not eligible Overview Our client, a US Fortune 250 company and a global medical technology corporation serving customers in Clinical Labs, Health care research & Pharmaceutical industry, seeks an accomplished Clinical Supply Specialist Position: Clinical Supply Specialist Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417 Duration: 8-month contract with possible extension Pay Rate: $50–$60/hour on W2 (DOE) Relocation Expenses/ Assistance: NO NO Visa Sponsorship/ No H1Bs/ No C2Cs Position Overview The Clinical Supply Specialist supports assigned projects and Business Unit studies by managing product procurement, handling, inventory oversight, and shipment processes. This role collaborates closely with the Clinical Project Manager, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure study product deliverables are executed according to Quality Management System SOPs and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with Clinical Study team members, including Medical Affairs and Clinical Product Management., • Develop efficient secondary labeling and packaging designs to support protocol compliance and study execution., • Research study products and potential vendors; procure study supplies; monitor inbound shipments and study cost accruals., • Maintain product and supply inventory using the inventory management database., • Inspect study products, packaging, and labeling according to SOPs and study requirements., • Assemble kits, format and print labels, and perform over-labeling., • Oversee secure, controlled storage conditions compliant with GCP and regulatory standards, including temperature and humidity monitoring., • Manage end-of-study product disposition, including destruction or restocking., • Prepare packaging and documentation for domestic and international shipments., • Track and file documentation in eTMF., • Complete Transparency Reporting for assigned studies. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or Allied Health field., • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device clinical trials, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industries., • Direct experience with clinical study supply management (IUO and Ancillary) required. Knowledge & Skills • Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trial regulations., • Proficiency in MS Word (Mail Merge a plus), Excel (must know formulas), and database systems (database experience required)., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Knowledge of clinical supply planning, product handling, packaging, and labeling., • Experience with inventory management and kit assembly., • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform in a matrixed, multidisciplinary environment., • Fast learner, agile, and computer-savvy with strong interpersonal skills.
