Paid Training ProgramWeek 1: • Complete online trainingWeek 2:, • Field shadowing — ride along with a Senior TechnicianWeek 3:, • Start hands‑on installations under supervisionWeeks 4–5: After training, you transition to your full technician rate. What You’ll Do (After Training) You will perform installation and service work for residential customers, including: • Install & program burglar alarms, CCTV (IP & Analog), DVRs, and access control systems, • Install window breaks, door units, smoke detectors, • Troubleshoot alarm signal issues when needed, • Provide hands‑on customer support in the field, • Test and verify equipment signals, • Train customers on using the equipment and address all questions, • Complete necessary paperwork for each job, • Cost out all parts used before closing jobs with dispatch, • Maintain accurate truck inventory, • Deliver top‑quality customer service, • Achieve 90% installation goal attainment with zero “go‑backs”What Makes You SuccessfulSkills & Attributes, • Strong communication skills, • Reliable and professional, • Adaptable and solution‑oriented, • Able to read customer needs and respond effectively, • Mechanically inclined — comfortable with tools, ladders, wiring, and light construction, • Customer‑centric mindsetTools & EquipmentTools You Must Provide (does not need to be complete day one), • Ladder (full size OR folding/extension), • Screwdrivers, • Electric drill, • Wire cutters, • Hand sheetrock sawProvided to You, • PPE kit, • Uniform polo shirtsVehicle Requirement, • Must have a reliable personal vehicleTravel & ReimbursementTravel Radius, • Typically within the metro area, • Occasionally up to 2 hours of travelMileage / Gas, • After training:, • Up to $100/week gas reimbursement (with receipts), • Additional reimbursement available for mileage over 300 miles/weekSchedule & Work ExpectationsSchedule Options, • Monday–Friday, • Tuesday–SaturdayOther Details, • Overtime is allowed, • A sixth workday may be requested but is not required, • Daily schedule varies — technicians stay until the customer job is completed Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
