Expenses The Bookkeeper shall be reimbursed for all pre-approved, reasonable, and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of services under this agreement, provided that original Bookkeeper receipts support such expenses. 6. Confidentiality The acknowledges that during the course of this agreement, they may have access to confidential and proprietary information belonging to the church, including, but not limited to, financial data, donor information, and internal operational details.
