Compensation The Church shall compensate The Accountant for services rendered as follows: ● Fixed Fee ○ The bookkeeper shall be paid a fixed fee of $1200.00 per month for the services outlined in Section 3. ○ Payments shall be made on the first day of each month. 5. Expenses The Bookkeeper shall be reimbursed for all pre-approved, reasonable, and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of services under this agreement, provided that original Bookkeeper receipts support such expenses. 6. Confidentiality The acknowledges that during the course of this agreement, they may have access to confidential and proprietary information belonging to the church, including, but not limited to, financial data, donor information, and internal operational details. The bookkeeper agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all such information, both during and after the term of this agreement, and not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the Church. 7. Independent Contractor Status The bookkeeper shall perform services under this agreement as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the church.
