This role involves managing staff schedules, handling client inquiries, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting the clinical team to deliver exceptional client care. Key Responsibilities 1. Administrative & Office Management Oversee daily operations of the office to ensure an organized and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Manage front desk procedures, including reception, scheduling, and client check-in/check-out processes. Monitor office supplies and order as needed to maintain inventory. Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities. 2. Client Services & Communication Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and compassionate manner.
