Job Description Diesel Maintenance Roadside Technician (Mobile Service Unit) Are you an experienced Diesel Technician who enjoys working independently, solving problems on the go, and keeping fleets moving? Gabrielli Truck Leasing and Rental is hiring Mobile Diesel Fleet Maintenance Technicians (Class A & B) to join our growing roadside service team. In this role, you'll work on the road from a fully equipped Mobile Service Vehicle, performing maintenance and repairs wherever our customers need you most. Key Responsibilities • Perform scheduled and unscheduled roadside maintenance and minor repairs (e.g. oil/filter changes, lighting, tires, greasing, minor component replacements)., • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on commercial trucks and fleet equipment., • Ensure all repairs meet Federal Motor Carrier DOT standards., • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work using company systems., • Operate service tools and equipment safely and responsibly., • Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)., • Minimum 1–3 years of diesel technician or fleet maintenance experience preferred., • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, kneel, crawl, and work in various physical conditions., • Must be comfortable working alone in a mobile setting with limited supervision., • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet browser)., • Must own tools necessary to perform mobile repair and maintenance work., • High School Diploma or GED required., • Must pass background check and drug screening., • CDL License and/or NYS Heavy Duty Inspector’s License a plus (not required, but willingness to obtain is necessary)., • Full-Time, Year-Round Work, • Steady Pay with Overtime Opportunities, • Medical, Dental, and 401(k) Benefits, • Paid Vacation & Holidays, • Ongoing Training and Advancement Opportunities, • Work with a supportive team in a growing company Gabrielli Truck Sales is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Job Description The Service Administrator/Cashier at Browns Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Fiat Alfa Romeo is a Full-time, individual contributor role that plays a vital role in the success of our dealership. They are responsible for processing payments for work completed and the collection of money from Parts and Service transactions in the dealership. Will also manage the rental fleet for Service customers. As a Service Administrator/Cashier you should have a minimum of 2 years of recent Automotive Service experience and be extremely organized. Responsibilities • Collect the total retail charges from the customer in cash, check or authorized charge account, • Update the customer's service history file according to the procedures specific to the department's service history system, • Deliver to the accounting department all repair orders and parts invoices closed during the business day, • Answer the service department telephone, transfer calls to the people requested or best suited to take the calls, • Ensure that customer complaints are handled promptly, with genuine concern and according to dealership guidelines, • Manage, track, and maintain service rental fleet, • Perform any other administrative tasks as directed by management, • Work well in a team environment and support Service drive staff., • Receive incoming Service calls, schedule appointments, quote prices, coordinate pick-ups / deliveries. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent, • Ability to read, write, add, subtract, and comprehend written instructions and information, • 2 years of recent Automotive Service experience, • Demonstrated customer service skills, • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, • Excellent time management skills, • Meet client needs: set appointments and arrange transportation and other service needs within the established CSI guidelines., • Must be able to work all scheduled hours, including overtime and weekends, if necessary.
