Were looking for a Junior Business Analyst to help us improve how our business runs day-to-day by working at the intersection of operations, data, and technology. What Youll Do Youll play a hands-on role in improving how our teams operate by supporting systems, processes, and data across the organization. This is a Connecticut based role, no relocation offered. Analyze & Improve Processes • Evaluate current workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, • Document and map business processes across service, install, sales, and accounting, • Provide day-to-day support for platforms like ServiceTitan (preferred experience), • Troubleshoot user issues and help resolve system-related challenges, • Build and maintain reports using Excel and Power BI, • Support KPI tracking and operational reporting for leadership, • Work closely with technicians, dispatchers, and managers to understand real-world challenges, • Help ensure accurate setup and use of work orders, estimates, and invoices, • Assist with system improvements, integrations, and process changes, • Help track progress and support execution of key initiatives, • Contribute to training and documentation for new processes Requirements: Required Skills & Experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • High attention to detail and accuracy, • Strong communication skillscomfortable working with both office and field teams, • Proficiency in:, • Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, organization), • Power BI (or strong interest in learning), • PowerPoint (presenting insights clearly), • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service/ERP platforms, • Exposure to CRM or financial systems (Salesforce, Sage Intacct, etc.), • Experience with process mapping or workflow tools, • You wont just build reportsyoull help fix real operational problems, • Youll work directly with the field and leadership, not just behind a desk, • Your work will impact everything from job execution to financial accuracy, • Cleaner, more reliable data across systems, • More efficient workflows for field and office teams, • Better reporting and visibility for leadership $27-$30/hr Eligibility Requirements: Employment/education will be verified.
