Key Responsibilities\n\n • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships through professionalism and ethical practice.\n, • Conduct regular follow-up sessions to evaluate client progress, assess emotional stability, and determine the appropriate timeline for discharge when suitable.\n, • Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.\n, • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.\n, • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and establish a foundation for effective treatment plans.\n, • Engage in individual counseling sessions, providing personalized support and interventions to clients on a weekly basis.\n, • Participate actively in supervision sessions, leveraging feedback to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.\n, • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.\n, • Adopt and maintain a growth mindset, embracing new challenges and professional development opportunities for continuous improvement.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a varied patient population, encompassing both adults and children, with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex mental health challenges. Our therapists are trained to address the nuances of each client’s background, including those from LGBTQIA+ communities and culturally diverse groups, ensuring a holistic and person-centered approach. Qualifications\n\n • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.\n, • Current, unrestricted Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.\n, • Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting, with demonstrated proficiency in providing direct psychotherapy services.\n, • Proficient in using technology, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and Outlook, to facilitate client management and documentation.\n, • Experience conducting intake assessments and crafting treatment plans tailored to individual needs.\nPreferred Experience\n\n, • Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is preferred, enhancing your understanding of diverse client backgrounds.\n, • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed care.\nCompensation and Benefits\n The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
