Key Responsibilities\n\n • Serve as the primary point of contact for families, fostering open and proactive communication to ensure their needs are met throughout the therapeutic process.\n, • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, guided by the frameworks of our clinical model and Attachment-Based Family Therapy.\n, • Facilitate Family Orientations and Support Groups, ensuring families are engaged and equipped with the tools necessary for their loved ones' journey.\n, • Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans accurately and timely, including assessments, progress updates, and discharge summaries, following established guidelines.\n, • Utilize digital platforms such as EMR systems, Microsoft Word, and Outlook to organize client information and manage schedules effectively.\n, • Participate in weekly clinical team meetings, gaining valuable insights from colleagues while also collaborating on complex cases.\n, • Engage in ongoing professional development through required training sessions and attend conferences that represent our clinic positively.\n, • Independently manage your workload and schedule to meet goals and ensure high-quality care delivery to your clients.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n This role primarily focuses on working with adolescents and young adults facing a variety of challenges, including mental health issues, trauma, substance misuse, and family dynamics. By employing a compassionate approach, you will help clients and their families build stronger relationships and healthier coping mechanisms, ultimately fostering resilience in their lives.
