Position: Manager - Nail Technician/Artist
Location : Carteret, NJ Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Manager - Nail Technician/Artist to oversee daily operations of our nail salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining the salon’s high standards and performing a variety of nail services. Key duties include opening and closing the salon, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Duties : - Opening and Closing: ensure the salon is opened and closed on time and ready for business each day. - Customer Service: Greet customers warmly upon arrival, answer inquiries and oversee scheduled appointments. - Inventory Management: Regularly check and report necessary inventory, ensuring products are fully stocked. - Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe salon environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines. - Content Creation: Capture photos and videos of nail services and create engaging social media content to promote the salon and attract new clients. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of services performed. - Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. - Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer innovative services. Experience : - Leadership responsibilities. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficient in customer service and communication. - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and professional environment. - Knowledge of various nail techniques and trends is essential. License/Certification:
Cosmetology License (Preferred)
Nail Technician License (Preferred) Job Type : Full-Time
Shift : 10 hours shift
Monday-Saturday, 10am-8pm Compensation Package:
1099 contract
