Job Description Operations Manager III We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager III to lead full event operations, from budgeting and vendor coordination to on-site execution. Candidates should have a solid background in event management and be ready to manage logistics, client communication, accounting, and vendor relationships independently. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute events, including budgets, vendors, venues, and food & beverage., • Coordinate client needs with vendors and internal teams; ensure smooth setup and breakdown., • Maintain contracts, agreements, and financial records., • Track event revenue, commissions, and vendor payouts., • Support client communication and resolve issues with leadership as needed., • Work independently, stay organized, and maintain a professional, positive attitude. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in food, catering, or hospitality management; experience in the food truck industry preferred., • Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant/Hospitality Management, Business, Communications, or equivalent preferred., • Valid driver’s license and good driving record., • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays., • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry proficiency., • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
