Mindset Health is seeking a driven Provider Partnerships Manager for our lead product, Nerva, to expand our provider network and boost patient referrals by collaborating closely with gastroenterologists, APPs, GI dietitians, and GI psychologists. At Nerva, your goal will be to cultivate and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, deeply understanding their unique goals, challenges, and motivations. You will craft tailored strategies to grow patient referrals to Nerva and seamlessly integrate Nerva referrals into clinical workflows in order to significantly impact patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Establish and grow relationships with healthcare providers through various channels including emails, phone calls, clinic visits, and in-person meetings., • Execute strategic initiatives like provider training sessions, webinars, and educational events to drive referrals., • Identify and close high-value clinic-level partnerships, dramatically increasing referral volumes., • Continuously research, engage, and nurture existing and new provider relationships to sustain growth., • Experience in healthcare practice operations, ideally with a clinical background (Dietitian, Nurse, Psychologist, Nurse Practitioner, or related fields)., • A naturally enthusiastic and outgoing communication style - you’re someone who excels at developing long-term professional relationships., • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and creative mindset when approaching complex challenges within a fast-paced startup environment., • Passion for GI health with a data-driven mindset, comfortable using CRM tools to manage provider interactions effectively., • Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously with a proven record of successful execution., • Impact that matters: You’ll help us connect practitioners and patients with support that improves lives., • Autonomy & ownership: This is your lane to own, build, and evolve., • Growth-minded culture: Work with curious, kind, and smart people who love learning. Job Description This position will be located in Staten Island, NY. This is a part time role Allied Digestive Health is one of the largest integrated networks of gastroenterology care centers in the nation with over 200 providers and 60 locations throughout New Jersey and New York. About the Role: The Endoscopy Tech plays a crucial role in the healthcare services sector, specifically within the gastroenterology field. This position is responsible for assisting in endoscopic procedures, ensuring that all equipment is properly prepared and maintained for optimal performance. The end result of this role is to enhance patient safety and comfort during procedures while supporting the medical team in delivering high-quality care. The Surgical Endo Tech will also be involved in patient education, helping to explain procedures and alleviate concerns. Ultimately, this position contributes significantly to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the gastroenterology practice. Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent., • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)., • Associate's degree in a related field or completion of a surgical technology program., • Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Endoscopy Technician., • Prepare and maintain endoscopic equipment and instruments for procedures., • Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures by providing necessary tools and support., • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols in the endoscopy suite., • Educate patients about the procedures they will undergo and provide post-procedure care instructions. The required skills for this position include strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in operating and maintaining endoscopic equipment is essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly with both patients and medical staff. Preferred skills such as knowledge of gastroenterology procedures and patient care techniques will enhance the candidate's ability to provide comprehensive support during procedures. Teamwork and collaboration are vital, as the Surgical Endo Tech will work closely with physicians and nurses to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, strong organizational skills will aid in managing equipment and documentation efficiently. Job Description The Endoscopy Technician is responsible for the following duties to include, but not limited to: Assist physicians in medical procedures under the supervision of the physician; setting up &/or breaking down patient procedure rooms; assisting clinical team in delivering high quality professional care while achieving optimal patient satisfaction; decontamination and reprocessing of endoscopic equipment; the care and maintenance of endoscopy equipment and other patient care equipment; and assisting the registered nurse, as directed, in the patient admission, recovery, and / or discharge process as necessary. Qualifications · High School Diploma or equivalent · BLS certification required · One year of experience is preferred in a Hospital or Ambulatory GI and/or multi-specialty surgery environment with working knowledge and proficiency in the use and/or reprocessing of endoscopy equipment. · Knowledge of medical terminology required. · Solid experience with endoscope reprocessing is preferred. · Requires effective communication skills, a commitment to providing excellent patient service and professionalism and must be a solid team player. · Previous experience maintaining equipment a plus.
