Job Description MEMBERSHIP & SALES ASSOCIATE If you’re looking for an easy clock-in/clock-out job, stop reading now. We’re a high-end, fast-moving multi-sport fitness club looking for a sales professional who actually knows how to sell — memberships, upgrades, and add-on revenue streams. We’re a large, locally owned, premium club with tennis, aquatics, group fitness, strength training, kids programs, camps, and more. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Deliver high-quality membership tours that convert — consistently. * Use a structured, repeatable sales process (not guesswork). * Hit and exceed monthly membership and add-on sales targets. * Generate and follow up on leads through calls, texts, email, CRM tools, and social outreach. * Participate in on-site and community events to create new leads. * Assist with onboarding new members so they stay long enough to be profitable. * Keep accurate digital records, use our systems correctly, and communicate clearly with the team. Job Description The Boys & Girls Clubs of Newburgh & Poughkeepsie seek one full time Athletic Director to oversee athletic activities in Newburgh and Poughkeepsie. The Athletic Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of a broad range of athletic activities within the agency. The Program Director will: Plan and oversee the administration of athletic programs and activities. Oversee the provision of day-to-day athletic activities in accordance with established standards and goals. Ensure that members are encouraged to participate in a variety of athletic activities and receive instruction and constructive feedback to develop their skills. Demonstrate leadership to assure conduct, safety and development of members. Establish and maintain athletic programs that provide a safe, healthy and nurturing environment for all participants, staff members and families, Ensure that staff understand and effectively implement standards of athletic programs. Ensure athletic activities respond to member needs and address their gender, age, ability and cultural diversity. Monitor athletic programs and activity expenditures within approved budget. Ensure athletic programs fundraise to support operations and participant activities. Be responsible for the recruitment, registration and orientation of members and their families to participate in athletic activities. Monitor program attendance to promote retention and ensure programs operate at capacity. Work with Human Resources to recruit, hire, and train program staff to meet the requirements of their position and the standards of the organization. · Post daily schedules, announce upcoming department events, and provide marketing department with timely information on relevant program activities and events.
