Job Description We’re hiring an in-person Junior AI, Marketing & Automation Engineer to help scale and optimize our marketing, sales, and client lifecycle systems using automation, data, and modern AI tools. This role sits at the intersection of growth operations, systems engineering, and AI enablement. You’ll work directly with leadership to improve how sales opportunities are captured, routed, followed up, analyzed, and converted—while reducing manual work and increasing visibility across the funnel. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys: • Building systems that drive revenue, • Automating messy real-world workflows, • Using AI and data to improve marketing, sales, and operations execution We’re open to candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience, or a standout recent graduate with strong project-based work in automation, data, or growth systems. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Marketing & Sales Automation • Build and maintain automations and processes for lead capture, routing, follow-up, and attribution, • Improve CRM workflows across marketing, inside sales, and agents, • Automate campaign reporting, funnel metrics, and performance dashboards, • Support personalization and segmentation using AI-assisted workflows, • Reduce manual work in marketing and sales operations through smart system design AI Enablement • Integrate LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) into lead qualification and enrichment, internal sales and ops assistants, reporting summaries, and insights, • Help define responsible and effective AI usage in marketing and sales contexts, • Monitor and improve AI-assisted workflows for accuracy and usefulness Systems, Data & Google Cloud • Build lightweight services and pipelines using Google Cloud Platform (Firestore, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, scheduled jobs, and data syncs, • Write SQL queries (BigQuery or equivalent) to analyze lead, deal, and marketing data, • Connect CRMs, ad platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tools via APIs and webhooks, • Maintain data integrity across systems (IDs, timestamps, attribution logic) Operations & Enablement • Partner with marketing, sales, and ops leaders to understand workflows and pain points, • Translate business requirements into scalable systems and automations Required • 1–3 years of experience in automation, marketing ops, sales ops, analytics, or systems roles (exception for exceptional recent grads with strong project work), • Experience building automations using tools like Make.com, Zapier, or similar, • Use of low-code tools like ReTool, • Working knowledge of Google Cloud or similar products (BigQuery, Firestore, Cloud Functions, etc), • Basic scripting ability in Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script, or similar, • Solid SQL fundamentals, • Experience using or integrating AI tools / LLMs, • Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort working autonomously, • In-person availability in Hoboken, NJ Nice to Have • Experience with CRMs (Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc), • Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, landing pages, attribution tools), • Experience with dashboards or BI tools (Looker Studio, Metabase, etc), • Exposure to APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems, • Real estate or marketplace experience What This Role Is Not • Not an AI research or ML model-training role, • Not a purely no-code marketing role, • Not a junior IT or helpdesk position, • This is a growth systems builder roleAbout Company The Jill Biggs Group is a high-producing real estate company with a massive market share in Northeastern New Jersey.
