Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of braiding services including box braids, knotless braids, cornrows, twists, feed-in braids, protective styles, and other specialty techniques., • Provide professional loc services including loc installation, maintenance, retwists, styling, repairs, and loc care consultations., • Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and recommend services based on hair type, lifestyle, and maintenance needs., • Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and positive salon experience., • Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure clean parts, precise techniques, and high-quality finished styles., • Manage appointments efficiently while maintaining excellent time management and meeting client expectations., • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation before, during, and after services., • Follow salon policies, safety guidelines, and professional standards., • Build client relationships and help create a loyal customer base., • Stay open to learning new techniques and improving skills through continued education and hands-on experience.
