Job Description Building Service Tech Base Pay: $22.00 - $30.80 per hour 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM - 12:15 AM Mon - Fri DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITES Performing property maintenance with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills • Patching, painting, and completing repairs on buildings and ground facilities, • Position duties require a full range of motion, must be able to bend, stand, stoop, kneel, reach, walk, and lift for extended periods of time, • Repair/troubleshoot air conditioning units, • Perform routine and preventive maintenance, • Maintain cleaning logs and maintenance logs; related to inspections, • Wear PPE required by the company., • Able to work in inclement weather conditions and perform work in outdoor environments.Qualifications, • Observe safety standards in a safe manner at all times, • Be able to work overtime when required, • Be able to safely drive a forklift truck, • Must have experience using small power and hand tools The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
